As a result, it was not uncommon to uncover an unexpected finding during treatment that would potentially impact the long-term outcome and prognosis., ,Cone beam computerized tomography (CBCT) has exploded onto the endodontic scene over the last decade because of the limitations of two-dimensional imaging. CBCT revolutionized endodontic diagnosis and treatment planning, but it is not without limitations.
