Ackuretta introduces NFinity nitrogen generator

Ackuretta has introduced its latest innovation, the NFinity nitrogen generator for dental 3D printing post-curing. Designed to complement the CURIE Plus UV curing station, the NFinity nitrogen generator aids users in crafting dental applications with unparalleled clarity, smoother surfaces, and enhanced strength.

The NFinity nitrogen generator produces unlimited curing cycles of 95% purity nitrogen on demand, eliminating the need for nitrogen tanks or glycerin baths and fits seamlessly into any dental workspace. This not only streamlines the workflow but also significantly enhances safety in the dental office or lab.

NFinity also optimises the CURIE Plus UV curing process by creating a near-oxygen-free environment, 95% nitrogen purity, within the curing chamber, eliminating the need to use uncontrollable methods like vacuum and glycerin, which significantly enhances UV light absorption.

According to Ackuretta, curing in a nitrogen rich environment makes significant differences. The higher nitrogen concentration ensures better light absorption, resulting in dental appliances with superior colour transparency and smoothness for greater aesthetics. Moreover, NFinity users can expect boosted mechanical properties with  up to a 25% improvement in the strength and durability of their 3D printed applications like splints, crowns and dentures.

The 95% nitrogen environment also provides greater consistency in each print as it exceeds the requirement needed to guarantee uniform curing, eliminating variations that can occur with less controlled methods like glycerin or water submersion.

Furthermore, the NFinity also unlocks the full potential of Ackuretta’s newly launched and certified FLOW resins. According to the company, with the combination dental technicians can now achieve improved aesthetics for FLOW Hard Splint applications, increased mechanical properties for FLOW Denture products, and Enhanced durability for long-term temporaries using FLOW C&B.

In the fast-paced world of digital dentistry, precision and aesthetics are paramount. Through new innovations like NFinity, Ackuretta aims to provide for more efficient, high-quality patient care as the dental industry continues to embrace digital solutions.
