KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 29, 2026 — LISTERINE®, Malaysia’s No. 1 mouthwash brand, has introduced a new pocket-size mouthwash format ahead of Lunar New Year, aiming to help consumers maintain oral hygiene while visiting family and friends during the festive season.
The new LISTERINE® Pocket Size Clean comes in 10ml single-use, non-spill sachets designed for on-the-go use. Featuring the brand’s Total Care formula with zero alcohol and a mild taste, the product is powered by essential oils and is clinically proven to reach bacteria left behind by brushing, including those that cause bad breath.
With festive celebrations often involving frequent eating, the compact sachets are intended to provide a quick oral “reset” between meals and house visits. The formula includes added fluoride to help prevent cavities, support stronger teeth, and maintain a fresh, healthy smile throughout the day.

Alongside the new format, LISTERINE® has also introduced a limited-edition Cherry Mint variant. The zero-alcohol mouthwash offers a mild, fruity flavour for consumers who prefer a less intense rinsing experience while still achieving a deep clean.
To further promote whole-mouth oral care, LISTERINE® will host a Chinese New Year roadshow at Sunway Pyramid from Feb 2 to Feb 8, 2026. The event will take place daily from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. at LG2 Orange Avenue.
The roadshow will feature interactive activities, including a Swishing Station demonstrating how mouthwash cleans areas brushing alone can miss. Visitors can also meet Cai Shen Ye, the God of Prosperity, who will distribute angpaos containing Watsons vouchers and LISTERINE® Total Care sachets.
In addition, shoppers who spend RM30 or more on LISTERINE® products will be eligible to receive one of four limited-edition “Lucky Swish Buddy” plush toys, while stocks last.
