Menlo Dental Transitions has announced the promotion of David Haynes, MBA, to Market Leader of Dental Practice Sales in Arizona, strengthening its leadership team as demand for dental services transactions continues to grow.
Haynes joined the Arizona-based firm in 2021 and played a key role in expanding its services beyond the state. Since then, he has represented dentists selling to both individual buyers and dental service organizations, focusing on meeting sellers’ goals while maximizing practice value.
In his new role, Haynes will continue to oversee dental practice transitions across Arizona, drawing on his extensive background in finance, lending, and business ownership. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Idaho and an MBA with a finance emphasis from Colorado State University.
Before joining Menlo Dental Transitions, Haynes built a successful career in banking and dental lending. In 2020, he was recognized as the nation’s highest-producing dental lender at First Citizens Bank. His experience as a bank analyst and advisor to dental professionals has helped bring structure and clarity to complex transactions.
“Helping dentists navigate one of the most important decisions of their careers is something I take very seriously,” Haynes said. He added that he is grateful for the trust clients place in the firm and looks forward to continuing to lead dental practice transitions in Arizona.
Haynes’ relationship with Menlo Dental Transitions began before he joined the company, when he worked closely with shared clients as a banker. He said he was drawn to the firm’s strong track record and disciplined, detail-oriented approach.
“David’s promotion is well deserved,” said Mitch Lamb, MBA, CEO of Menlo Dental Transitions. “His professionalism, consistency, and ability to align each transaction with a doctor’s goals have had a significant impact on our clients and our growth in Arizona and beyond.”
