Excel Endodontics, a new dental practice specializing in endodontics, has officially opened in Marlborough, New Jersey, USA, and has also launched its website.
Founded in 2025 by Dr. Rachel Halpern, the practice specializes in advanced root canal treatments designed to preserve teeth, relieve pain, and provide a comfortable patient experience.
Dr. Halpern, an experienced endodontist, graduated magna cum laude from Muhlenberg College and received her dental degree from Columbia University, where she received the American Association of Endodontists Award and the International Society of Oral Implantology’s Outstanding Student Achievement Award.
After completing a one-year general residency at Mount Sinai Hospital, she completed a two-year endodontic residency at New York University College of Dentistry. She is a Fellow of the American Association of Endodontists and holds a board in endodontics.
“The launch of Excel Endodontics and our new website marks an exciting milestone,” said Dr. Halpern.
Our goal is to provide advanced root canal treatments in a supportive and caring environment. This website continues that mission, helping patients and referring dentists learn about our services and techniques. Dr. Halpern’s research on externally invasive tooth resorption has received national recognition, with findings presented at the annual meeting of the American Academy of Endodontics in Phoenix and published in the February 2025 issue of the Journal of Endodontics.
She is an active member of professional organizations including the American Dental Association (ADA), the New Jersey Dental Association, the Monmouth-Ocean Dental Association, and the Alpha Omega Dental Fraternity.
