Celebrating ten years of professional dental care, Advanced Dental Aesthetic and Implant Clinic held a 10th anniversary celebration at the Sozo complex near the IOC gas station in Mohankola, Kohima. The clinic remains committed to changing lives and bringing smiles to people’s faces every time.
During the event, guest consultant Dr. Krulo Koza reviewed the clinic’s history. Established in 2015, the clinic has always been committed to providing high-quality dental care.
“Advanced Dental Aesthetic and Implant Clinic was established to provide a platform equipped with the necessary facilities and tools for specialists to provide professional treatment,” he said.
Dr. Koza shared that the clinic initially had only three general dentists, two specialists, and two dental chairs. In 2017, the clinic upgraded its facilities.
By 2019, with the addition of additional doctors, the number of dental chairs had increased to five. He attributed the clinic’s growth to the combined efforts of patients and the medical team.
He emphasized that the clinic is now one of the largest and best-equipped dental centers in Nagaland, offering services such as dental laser surgery, microsurgery, advanced implant surgery, smile design, and conscious sedation.
“Our clinic has placed over 1,100 dental implants, benefiting hundreds of patients,” Dr. Khoza noted. He also cited groundbreaking procedures such as bone grafting, alveolar ridge splitting, sinus lifts, full-mouth implants, and lip reshaping for gummy smiles.
Dr. Khoza praised the clinic’s teamwork and reiterated its commitment to holistic care. He thanked God, his patients, and the owners who provided the clinic’s original location.
He also highlighted the Kehro Smile Foundation (KSF), a charitable organization led by the clinic team that promotes oral health and provides free dental care. The foundation plans to open a dedicated charity clinic and expand its team.
Dr. Imyangluba, a pediatric dentist, shared plans to open a new branch in Tinpati Junction, Kohima, expected to open by the end of the year with three dentists. This expansion aims to serve patients in Merima, High School, and surrounding areas.
The anniversary celebration was presided over by General Manager Dr. Vetsole H. Koza, and Dr. Dzutholu Thingo, a general dentist and oral implantologist, delivered a thank-you speech.
The ceremony began with a prayer by Keviechupe Pfuno of the Hong Kong Catholic Church and concluded with a prayer by Vilhou Koza.
Special guests included “Miss Beautiful Smile Nagaland” Kelülü Dawhuo, the current Miss Nagaland Universe, the second runner-up of Miss Nagaland, and Miss Kohima.
