Lawless Orthodontics held its annual Smiles Change Lives day, offering free braces evaluations and treatments to local children.
Dr. Jay Lawless noted that many kids are thrilled to receive braces, a process made easier with the presence of therapy dogs, Bo and Rocky, who help calm anxious patients.
Parents, like Ricky York, appreciated the program, saying, “It’s great to see local charity making a difference. We couldn’t afford this without it.”
His wife, Jessica York, added, “We’re very grateful to Dr. Lawless and eager to begin.”
Dr. Lawless highlighted the program’s value, stating, “It’s rewarding to support families and help boost their confidence through improved smiles.”
