Belmont has rolled out a new built-in implantology motor system for all Eurus treatment centres, marking a significant step in precision and efficiency for dental implant procedures.
The integrated system is designed to streamline workflows and support clinicians in delivering safe, reliable implant treatments. Combining advanced technology with user-friendly controls, it aims to set a new standard in dental implant care.
At the core of the system is the Bien-Air MX-i LED 3rd Generation Micro Motor paired with the CA 20:1 Contra Angle Micro Series Handpiece. This combination provides robust reliability and advanced rotary capabilities, allowing clinicians to perform procedures with greater confidence.
The Eurus touchscreen interface now includes a dedicated Implant Special Icon. This feature gives quick access to five programmable memory settings (M1 to M5), which can be easily navigated using a foot-operated control, simplifying adjustments during procedures.
The system is designed to support both three- and five-step implant protocols:
- Pilot drill
- Implant bed preparation
- Bone tap and implant placement (three-step method)
- Bone tap reverse
- Implant placement (five-step method)
Each step offers customizable speed, torque, and irrigation, giving clinicians precise control over the procedure. The CA 20:1 handpiece includes an internal irrigation system, which efficiently cools the drill without interfering with the operation, maintaining optimal performance throughout the procedure.
Belmont’s comprehensive implant kit is compatible with all E-type Eurus units. It includes the micro motor, handpiece, irrigation pump, motor stand, irrigation lines, and a foot-operated control, ensuring all essential tools are immediately accessible.
