Godent, an end-to-end digital dental laboratory service provider, has begun rolling out a zero-investment digital transformation model aimed at accelerating Oral Care laboratory workflows for Dental Service Organizations (DSOs) across Europe.
The company delivers fully integrated processes covering scanning, production, and delivery, supported by proprietary software and communication tools designed specifically for clinic–lab collaboration.
The model combines Godent’s centralized manufacturing hub in Turkey with an international logistics network, enabling cost efficiency and competitive turnaround times for European markets.
Under the zero-investment approach, DSOs receive intraoral scanners and the required software infrastructure at no upfront cost, while Godent takes full responsibility for managing the transition from analog to digital dental laboratory operations.
Godent has confirmed its first strategic partnership with a European DSO, marking the operational launch of the model in the region. As part of the agreement, the company has begun deploying a scanner-as-a-service setup, installing intraoral scanners at clinic sites and integrating clinical teams into its end-to-end digital workflows.
Looking ahead, Godent plans to scale its European presence by partnering with more than 10 DSO groups by the end of 2026. The company also intends to extend the same zero-investment digital dental laboratory model to private dental clinics before the end of 2026, broadening access to digital Oral Care solutions as its regional operations expand.
