Free Knoxville Clinic to Offer Dental Services, Vision and Medical Care for Residents in Need

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Remote Area Medical (RAM) will host a free healthcare clinic in Knoxville next month, offering dental, vision and medical services to residents who may otherwise lack access to care.

The clinic will be held at the Jacob Building, located at 3301 Magnolia Avenue, and will operate from Feb. 6 through Feb. 8. Services will be provided at no cost, and no identification or insurance is required.

According to RAM, the parking lot will open no later than midnight on Feb. 5, with clinic doors opening at 6 a.m. each day. All services will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis until daily capacity is reached.

Sunday’s clinic hours will be abbreviated. Patients are encouraged to arrive early and select either vision or dental care due to time limitations.

RAM noted that clinic operations may be affected by factors beyond its control, including weather conditions or volunteer availability, which could result in earlier parking lot openings or fewer patients being served. The organization strongly advises those seeking care—particularly dental services—to arrive as early as possible. Closing times will vary depending on each service area’s capacity.

Available services will include general medical exams, women’s health exams, dental cleanings and extractions, eye exams, and prescription glasses made on-site. Additional offerings include audiology services, rapid HIV testing and education, diabetes education, and health resource tables.
