DALLAS — Dr. Rini Bavishi, a North Texas dentist known for patient-centered care, has been named one of America’s Top 40 Under 40 Dentists for 2025 by Incisal Edge magazine. The peer-nominated list recognizes dentists judged by colleagues for leadership, clinical skill and community impact.
Bavishi earned her DDS from New York University College of Dentistry and has completed more than 500 hours of continuing education. According to her practice, she ranks among the top 1 percent of U.S. dentists—a recognition the team attributes to consistent execution and a focus on trust-building with patients.
“This award represents the dedication of our entire team and the families who inspire us,” Dr. Bavishi said. Her philosophy, she adds, is simple: dentistry is about more than perfect smiles; it is about building lasting relationships one patient at a time.
Dr. Bavishi co-leads three practices with her partner, Dr. Rushabh Doshi. Together they emphasize technology-driven care, anxiety-free visits and a practice culture that treats patients like family.
The pair plan to expand their Smiles Management network to create additional neighborhood practices that combine advanced treatment with community-focused service.
Outside the office, Bavishi and Doshi prioritize family life and local wellness initiatives. They say balancing career and family informs their approach to care and community involvement.
