Bite Club Dental Service Launches at Carlisle Practice

Bite Club Dental Service Launches at Carlisle Practice

A new service called Bite Club has opened in Carlisle, offering same-day dental assessments for £90. Operating under the motto “Walk in. Get seen. Walk out.”, the clinic aims to give fast, no-nonsense care for urgent or specific dental problems.

During a £90 appointment a dentist examines the issue, explains treatment options, provides cost estimates and clarifies whether solutions are temporary or long-term.

Patients can then decide whether to proceed. The owner told the News & Star the service is designed for clarity and speed rather than routine care.

“Whether it’s been six months or six years since your last check-up, we don’t care. We just aim to fix the problem,” they said. “A lot of people struggle to get regular check-ups for various reasons. Bite Club is about providing clarity and solutions quickly. Patients can come in, have their problem looked at, and leave knowing their options—without feeling judged or pressured.”

Bite Club runs alongside an established city-centre dental practice and is not intended to replace routine dentistry. The owner said routine care continues at the main practice, while Bite Club addresses urgent needs and gives patients more choice and flexibility.

Appointments are offered on a first-come, first-served basis during advertised walk-in blocks. The clinic’s exact location is provided only after patients complete an online medical form.

The service has been well received. “People have been really pleased with the service. One patient came to us after struggling to get help elsewhere. They were seen quickly, given options, treated, and left very happy. That’s exactly what we hoped to achieve,” the owner said.

Bite Club’s emphasis is on prompt assessment and clear information so patients leave informed about their options and likely costs. The owner added: “We’re just people doing a job, trying to help other people. We want to show the human face of dentistry and make it less intimidating.”
