The Giving A Smile Foundation will host its inaugural fundraising gala on Thursday, Dec. 11, 2025, from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. at the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills. The black-tie event aims to raise $1 million to open a year-round, no-cost dental clinic serving underserved young people up to age 24 across greater Los Angeles.
Emmy-winning actor Kelsey Grammer will serve as master of ceremonies. Performer Robin Thicke, a five-time Grammy-nominated singer and judge on Fox’s The Masked Singer, is scheduled to headline the evening’s entertainment.
Proceeds will fund the launch and operation of a permanent clinic that the foundation says will provide advanced dental treatments, preventive education and ongoing care regardless of a patient’s ability to pay. The gala will also support two fully equipped mobile dental units to bring free care directly into underserved neighborhoods.
The event, presented by Beverly Hills cosmetic dental practice Rifkin Ranaan, will honor four industry leaders: Lorrie Bartlett of CAA (Guiding Light Award); JR Dzubak (Visionary Impact Award); Dr. Katja Van Herle (Healing Hands Award); and Beverly Hills Mayor Sharona Nazarian (Humanitarian Leadership Award).
Guests will be treated to a chef-curated, sit-down dinner by The Beverly Hilton culinary team, live performances, patient testimonials and auction and fundraising opportunities throughout the night.
“Sponsorships and ticket sales will directly support building our first stand-alone clinic and launching mobile units,” said Justin Ranaan, DDS, MMSc. “These services will remove barriers to care and expand access for thousands of young people across Los Angeles.”
Tickets and sponsorship packages are available through the foundation’s website, which also accepts direct donations. Sponsorship levels offer individuals, corporations and organizations multiple ways to support the foundation’s mission.
By funding the clinic and mobile units, the foundation hopes to establish a permanent resource that delivers free, high-quality dental care and education to disadvantaged youth across the region.
