A well-known Liverpool dental clinic specializing in advanced implant treatments has been acquired by the Yorkshire-based YDS Group, a rapidly growing dental network endorsed by numerous celebrities.
3 Step Smiles, renowned for its expertise in full-mouth restorations and complex dental cases, is being sold after co-founders Dr. Tula and Blanca Crooke decided to focus on their expanding practice in Spain.
The Liverpool clinic is part of a small UK network that also includes a practice in Glasgow and several clinics in Spain.
The confidential sale process, led by Christie’s Senior Dental Agent Cathy Murphy, resulted in the acquisition of the practice by the YDS Group.
The group, led by twin dentists Dr. Hussein and Dr. Hassan Dalghous, already operates clinics in Leeds, York, Hull, Wakefield, Guiseley, Chelsea (London), and Liverpool.
The YDS Group is continuing its ambitious expansion strategy, with plans to open new clinics in Birmingham in September and Manchester in October.
