Houston-based Specialty1 Partners has landed several partnerships this year as one of the fastest-growing DSOs in the U.S.
Five updates in 2026:
1. The DSO was included on the 2026 Inc. 5000 Regionals list of the fastest-growing companies, with a 39% percentage growth rate between 2022 and 2024.
2. Specialty1 Partners entered a joint venture partnership with Endodontic Specialists of NEPA in Pennsylvania.
3. The organization entered a joint venture partnership with Advanced Periodontics Implant Center in Rancho Mirage, Calif.
4. Specialty1 Partners completed a multispecialty joint venture between Northeastern Endodontic Specialists in Wooster, Ohio, and Tuscarawas Oral Surgery and Implant Center in New Philadelphia, Ohio.
5. Through the company’s joint venture model, Danielle Holland, DMD, was elevated to ownership at West Shore Oral Surgery in Mechanicsburg, Pa. Dr. Holland was elevated following the acquisition and integration of a retiring surgeon’s practice.
