Founded in 2019, Alta Smiles is the developer of a hidden orthodontics treatment. The company’s technology aligns teeth without traditional metal brackets and integrates digital montironing to allow for remote consultations, according to a July 9 news release.
The investment is Alta Smiles’ first institutional financing and was previously self-funded.
Dental Innovation Alliance is a venture capital firm focused on advancing dental technologies, the release said.
