A California retail property featuring an orthodontics office was sold to a private investor for $6.1 million, Shopping Center Business reported Jan. 8.
Victorville (Calif.) Pavilion is an 11,618-square-foot retail center that includes several businesses, including Joe Orthodontics. The center was built in 2004.
The deal was arranged by Progressive Real Estate Partners.
