The company was announced as the new parent company of Orange, Calif.-based Western Dental in June 2022.
The company also oversees Western Dental Kids, Brident Dental & Orthodontics, Brident Dental Kids, LooksBrite Eye Centers, EyeMax Vision Plan, MIB Insurance Plans, Vital Smiles, MID-Atlantic Dental Partners, DentalWorks and Perfect Teeth.

1. The company expanded its leadership team with several appointments:
- Steven Collins as senior vice president of financial planning and analysis
- Krishna Maridi as CFO
- Peter Brown as senior vice president of supply chain management
- Jimmy Palacios as chief digital officer
- Dr. Zhi Meng as chief clinical operations officer
- Vikram Sarma as chief growth and partnership officer
2. Brident Dental & Orthodontics opened locations in Keller, Pearland, Lewisville and Fort Worth, Texas. It also acquired Royal Dental in Houston.
3. Western Dental relocated its Costa Mesa location into an expanded 4,105-square-foot office. It also opened an office in Woodland and Oroville, Calif.
4. Sonrava Health opened an office housing the LooksBrite Eye Center and Western Dental & Orthodontics in South Gate, Calif.
5. In June, the company announced it acquired 24 offices in Arizona, Florida and Pennsylvania.
6. Sonrava Health entered a strategic alliance with independent dental benefits company FCL Dental.
7. Sonrava Health added two Las Vegas dental practices to its network.
