2017

  • Smile Brands partnered with Santa Barbara, Calif.-based Johnson Family Dental to acquire a California Dental Group office in Port Hueneme, Calif.

2018

  • Glassdoor Employees’ Choice Awards honored Smile Brands CEO Steven Bilt as a Top CEO in 2018.
  • The DSO partnered with Las Vegas-based P3 Dental Group, a seven-practice dental group. 
  • The organization appointed Kevin Rogus as vice president of mergers and acquisitions.

2019

  • In January, Smile Brands made a strategic investment in Schaumburg, Ill.-based DecisionOne Dental Partners.
