The Scottish Government has published an updated version of the Statement of Remuneration (SDR).
Amendment No. 163 to the SDR makes the following changes:
- Determination I – includes minor changes to various treatment items to ensure they function as originally intended (effective from 1 April 2024)
- Determination IV – reflects that Vocational Trainees are employed by NHS Education for Scotland (NES) rather than Vocational Trainers (effective from 1 August 2022)
- Determination XIII – updates the list of eligible areas and amends the requirement for the number of sessions to be provided (effective from 1 April 2024).
PCA(D)(2024)1 also advises:
- That guidance on emergency drugs and equipment in primary dental care has recently been updated and published online
- An update on the 2022-25 cycle of Quality Improvement activity.
