Jobley Extends Free Dental Care Recruitment Support for Nonprofits Through 2025

Jobley, a U.S.-based recruitment platform for dental and healthcare professionals operated by Japan-based Medley (TSE: 4480), today announced the extension of its nonprofit support program through 2025.

Launched in 2024, the program provides free recruitment services to charitable and nonprofit dental clinics. The 2025 expansion will also cover a wider range of social safety net providers, aiming to improve dental care access for low-income and underserved populations.

Eligible organizations can post jobs, connect with qualified candidates, and access Jobley’s matching services and live assistance from its recruiting team free of charge.

Addressing Gaps in Dental Access

In the United States, dental care remains inaccessible to millions of people, particularly those without insurance. A 2024 survey by the CareQuest Institute found that 72 million adults (approximately 27%) lack dental insurance, nearly three times the rate of those without health insurance. Low-income individuals are most at risk and often lack access to necessary care.

That same year, the National Association of Community Health Centers reported that approximately 34 million people relied on social security agencies (SSAs), 7 million of whom received dental services.

These agencies play a critical role in filling gaps in healthcare services but often face funding and underfunding challenges.

Reducing the Burden of Recruitment

Recruitment challenges can be exacerbated. Jobley’s free service aims to reduce recruitment costs and administrative barriers, enabling providers to redirect resources to patient care.

“Our mission is to leverage technology to address pressing healthcare and societal challenges,” said Sunny Tsang, Head of Medley’s US operations.

By providing free recruitment support to more social security agencies, we are helping them strengthen their teams and deliver care where it’s needed most.”

Committed to Healthcare Equity

Medley has been committed to supporting community development in Japan through free medical resources, disaster volunteer mobilization, and scholarship programs for aspiring dental professionals.

Jobley will continue this vision by focusing on initiatives that break the vicious cycle between poverty, lack of dental care, and poor health outcomes.
