Jonny Fisher DDS is hosting their Free Dental Day on Saturday, September 20, at their Pullman office.
The event offers cleanings, x-rays, fluoride treatments, and other preventive dental services at no cost to children ages 3–14 who are enrolled in Medicaid or Apple Health and qualify for a free or reduced lunch.
Dr. Fisher emphasized the importance of early dental care for children. “Many families face barriers to routine dental visits,” he said. “Our goal is to ensure every child has access to essential oral healthcare, which can prevent cavities, gum disease, and other long-term issues.”
Parents are encouraged to schedule appointments in advance, as slots are limited. The Pullman office will follow strict safety protocols, including sanitization procedures and mask guidelines, to ensure a safe environment for patients and their families.
Volunteers, including dental hygienists and assistants, will be on hand to help manage check-ins, assist with procedures, and provide oral health education. Children will also receive take-home dental kits to encourage proper brushing and flossing habits.
Free Dental Day is part of Jonny Fisher DDS’s ongoing community outreach efforts to support children’s health and wellness. Local schools and community organizations have partnered with the office to spread the word and help families register.
This initiative reflects the practice’s commitment to building healthier smiles and fostering a stronger community, one child at a time.
