Former Love Island winner Jack Fincham has shared images showing his natural teeth shaved down to stubs as he undergoes a new round of cosmetic dental work.
The 34-year-old reality star posted photos from the procedure, nearly a decade after he first traveled to Antalya, Turkey, for his original set of veneers.

Fincham, who rose to fame on the 2018 series and won alongside Dani Dyer, wrote across the new images: “We’re back again nearly 10 years on. Original trend setter.” The treatment involves filing down the natural teeth so that cosmetic veneers can be applied on top.

Before appearing on Love Island, Fincham openly discussed his enthusiasm for cosmetic dentistry, joking in his introductory video: “I absolutely love my pearly whites. I went all the way to Turkey to get these.”

His life since winning the show has been turbulent. Fincham and Dyer ended their relationship less than a year after leaving the villa, and Fincham later faced serious legal troubles.
He admitted to being responsible for a dangerously out-of-control dog involved in attacks on a runner and a woman. Though initially facing prison time, his sentence was overturned on appeal, though three months were added to an existing suspended sentence.
Fincham has also spoken candidly about his struggles with addiction. He previously entered rehab after a drug relapse, describing how sudden fame and wealth led to heavy drinking and substance misuse, including taking large amounts of diazepam to manage anxiety.
“I don’t want to be the one people describe as ‘he could have done so well, but he messed it up,’” Fincham said at the time. “I want to be someone who turned things around.”
He acknowledged that getting help was not optional. “I’ve got no choice. I either turn my life around or I’m dead,” he said.
