The PioNext Mini is a compact, suitcase-sized printer measuring 200 × 170 × 230 mm. It integrates curing within a single device, saving space and simplifying chairside use. The printer is designed for speed and precision, producing dental crowns in just 10 minutes. Other chairside applications can be completed in approximately 30 minutes, delivering high-resolution results suitable for aesthetic restorations.
An optional LD resin vat allows clinicians to print smooth, high-translucency aligners and splints directly from the printer, eliminating the need for polishing. Additionally, the device features new screen protection technology, extending the lifespan of its display. Its portability and efficiency make it an attractive option for dental practices seeking rapid, on-site production.
At the Expo, visitors witnessed live demonstrations of the PioNext Mini, observing its speed and accuracy in real time.
Other models, including the DJ89PLUS, D160, and HALOT SKY 2025, were also on display. Attendees explored the printers’ software functions, reviewed live print results, and consulted with PioCreat technical experts.
