3 Step Smiles, a high-end dental implant clinic specializing in full-mouth restorations and complex cases, recently completed its ownership transition.
The brand is part of a small UK dental group with a branch in Glasgow and several clinics in Spain.
Since 2022, the clinic has been managed by Dr. Tula Crooke and Blanca Kruk, but they have decided to sell the Liverpool branch as they wish to focus on their Spanish operations.
3 Step Smiles in Liverpool has been acquired by YDS Group following a confidential sale process led by Christie & Co senior agent Cathy Murphy.
The group, run by twin dentists Dr. Hussein Dalghous and Dr. Hassan Dalghous, currently has seven clinics in Leeds (Yorkshire Dental Suite), York, Hull, Wakefield, Guiseley, Chelsea (London), and Liverpool, with new clinics planned for September and October in Birmingham and Manchester, respectively.
