Dentsply Sirona has announced the appointment of Aldo M Denti as executive vice-president and chief commercial officer (CCO), effective 6 Oct 2025.
The company stated that the new role is intended to align its global business units and commercial organisations more closely, to streamline operations and place greater emphasis on customer needs.
Denti has more than 25 years of experience in the medical device and consumer health sectors. His expertise spans sales, marketing, and strategic planning. Before joining Dentsply Sirona, he served as the company group chairman of global orthopaedics at Johnson & Johnson Medtech.
According to Dentsply Sirona, Denti will oversee its global sales strategy and execution while working to enhance collaboration across business units and regional teams. The company has indicated that the revised organisational structure is designed to simplify operations and accelerate decision-making.
In a statement, Daniel Scavilla, president and chief executive officer of Dentsply Sirona, welcomed the appointment and highlighted the expectation that the role would strengthen the company’s commercial performance and focus on customer service.
According to Denti, his priorities include advancing operational goals, strengthening commercial execution, and helping to deliver on strategic initiatives across regions.
