Dr. Rachel Halpern, a board-certified endodontist, has officially opened Excel Endodontics, a specialty dental practice in Marlborough, New Jersey, and launched its new website. Founded in 2025, the practice specializes in advanced endodontic treatments with an emphasis on tooth preservation, pain relief, and patient comfort.
Dr. Halpern, an experienced root canal specialist with training in microsurgery, leads the practice with a patient-centered approach.
Excel Endodontics is committed to providing precise, compassionate, and modern care to patients in Monmouth County and the surrounding areas. The new website reflects this commitment, providing detailed information about services, technology, and what patients can expect during their visits.
Halpern is a multi-award-winning graduate of Columbia University College of Dentistry and completed extensive residency training at Mount Sinai Hospital and New York University College of Dentistry. She is a member of the American Association of Endodontists (AAS) and is board certified.
“The launch of Excel Endodontics and the launch of our website mark an exciting milestone,” said Dr. Halpern.

Dr. Halpern has received national recognition for her research on external aggressive tooth resorption, which was presented at the annual meeting of the American Academy of Endodontics and published in the February 2025 issue of the Journal of Endodontics.
She is also an active member of the American Dental Association (ADA), the New Jersey Dental Association, the Monmouth-Ocean County Dental Association, and the Alpha Omega Dental Fraternity.
