The addition of Dark Pink (DP), Light Pink (LP), and Red Pink (RP) to the existing Light Tone option aims to provide a total of four shades, helping dental labs better match the natural diversity of patient gum tones.
The updated selection allows dental professionals to create dentures that fit more comfortably and look more natural, resulting in higher patient satisfaction. By using these new base shades together with NextDent Jet Teeth White and Yellow shades, labs gain more control over the final appearance of dentures. This digital color-mixing capability, especially on the NextDent 300 printer, gives labs the flexibility to blend materials to best match each patient’s needs.
3D Systems’ denture workflow focuses on using integrated, multi-material printing to produce a one-piece denture base and teeth simultaneously. This process eliminates separate printing or assembly steps, reducing manual labor by over 50% and speeding up production by up to 300% when compared to traditional methods.
