Vasa Denticity, a leading dental products company and parent company of the Dentalkart platform, announced the completion of its strategic acquisition of a 51% stake in IDS Denmed, a dental distributor.

Founded in 2006, IDS Denmed leverages its extensive portfolio of global dental brands to establish a strong network of distributors and clinics across numerous Tier 1, 2, and 3 cities in India.
Meanwhile, Vasa Denticity has rapidly grown through the Dentalkart platform, currently boasting over 22,000 stock-keeping units (SKUs) and serving over 250,000 dental professionals. Vasa Denticity leverages its technological advantages, transparent operations, and nationwide warehousing network to enhance service efficiency.
The combined companies will jointly expand their “last mile” service reach to over 90% of dental clinics in India.
Synergies across procurement, warehousing, and logistics will result in greater cost efficiencies and faster delivery. The company also plans to launch AI-driven dental solutions, financing services, and professional education programs on a unified platform.
