Delta Dental of California and its affiliates have been honored with a top rating for customer service by USA Today, earning five stars in the financial services category. This national recognition highlights Delta Dental’s dedication to providing high-quality, personalized care to more than 27 million members.

The award, presented by USA Today and Planet-A Insight Group, evaluates companies through public data, nationwide consumer surveys, and analysis of over 590,000 customer reviews. The evaluation covers seven key areas: friendliness, professional competence, service quality, accessibility, solution orientation, speed of resolution, and reliability.

Earl Parker, Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer at Delta Dental of California and Affiliates, praised the recognition. “This honor reflects the dedication, professionalism, and empathy our team brings to every interaction. We focus on making a positive impact on our members, supporting not just oral health, but overall well-being. Our goal is to create a relationship rooted in trust and care, not just transactions.”
