Mr. Flack has more than 30 years of experience in private equity backed healthcare providers in behavioral health, physical therapy and occupational medicine, according to a July 26 news release.
Before joining Lightwave, Mr. Flack served as CFO of Invo Healthcare-Progressus Therapy, a behavioral health and special education organization.
