SACRAMENTO, CA (MPG) — The California Association of Health Insurance Professionals, Northern California (CAHIP NorCal), has successfully completed its annual holiday Toy Drive in partnership with River Oak Center for Children, providing gifts to 300 local families.
The initiative aimed to support children and caregivers during the holiday season by ensuring families received much-needed gifts and assistance. CAHIP NorCal board members Lauren Bayha and Corinne Huey of BayhaBenefits Insurance Solutions, Michele Childers of Cypress Dental, and Josh Edwards of Eureka Insurance Services participated in the gift-wrapping event, volunteering their time after families selected their presents.
“Giving back to our community is a meaningful part of who we are as an organization,” said Michele Childers, CAHIP NorCal Community Service Chair. “Partnering again with River Oak Center for Children was incredibly rewarding. Their commitment to supporting families makes a real impact, and we’re proud to support that mission.”
The Toy Drive highlights CAHIP NorCal’s broader commitment to community service, complementing its ongoing work in advocacy, education, and professional development for health, dental insurance, and benefits professionals across Northern California.
