Nevada Health Link has officially opened its 2026 Open Enrollment period. Residents now have access to 140 qualified health plans from eight private insurers, including the newly approved Battle Born State Plans.
Battle Born State Plans will cover essential healthcare services, such as hospitalization, doctor visits, emergency care, lab work, and prescription drugs.

Health Plan of Nevada (HPN)
Hometown Health
Imperial Health Plan
Molina Healthcare
Select Health
CareSource
Battle Born State Plans will be offered through Anthem (Community Care Health Plan of Nevada), SilverSummit Health Plan (Ambetter), and HPN.

Rocky Mountain (Anthem)
Nevadans can view, compare, and enroll in plans through Jan. 15, 2026. Coverage starts Jan. 1, 2026, for those who enroll by Dec. 31, and Feb. 1, 2026, for enrollments made between Jan. 1 and Jan. 15.
