Wantage – Deputy Mayor Councillor Chris Walters officially opened the town’s new, state-of-the-art dental clinic at a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
The ceremony featured a performance by the Wantage Glee Club and was attended by the Town Crier. Guests received branded gift bags and toured the larger, more modern clinic.
The clinic has relocated from its former location in the church district of Newbury Street to Grove Street, less than half a mile away. The number of clinic rooms has doubled, and the clinic now offers a fully digital patient experience, including self-service check-in, AI-powered imaging for diagnostics, and a state-of-the-art cone-beam CT scanner.
The clinic is open seven days a week, with daily emergency appointments available, to enhance convenience and flexibility for local patients.
Rodericks Dental Partners has also expanded its services to include facial aesthetics, restorative dentistry, and endodontics, meaning patients now have access to even more specialist care right at their doorstep.
The clinic will host an Invisalign? and dental implant open day on Monday, October 27th. Attendees will enjoy special offers: all patients will receive a 15% discount on Invisalign? treatments (the first ten attendees will receive priority), as well as free 3D smile scans, free professional whitening, custom payment plans, and free dental implant consultations.
Zoe Callaghan, Regional Operations Manager at Rodericks Dental Partners, said the team was delighted by the community’s attendance at the opening and thanked the Deputy Mayor and the choir for their contributions to making this a memorable day.
“We look forward to welcoming new and existing patients to our upgraded clinic,” she added. “We are fully open and welcome anyone interested to call to learn how our new facilities and technology can improve their oral health.”
As part of the opening promotion, private dental examinations are currently only £59 (originally £112).
